i like waking up early... sometimes
I like waking up early and going for long walks. It’s quiet in the morning, and there are less people around. A few dog walkers, a few joggers, traffic isn’t all that bad. My plan for tomorrow is to wake up early and go for another long walk. Maybe get a cup of coffee in the junction, and walk back to the house. Rest in the sun and figure out what else I’ll do to keep me busy for the day. I’ve been thinking about doing some volunteer work, since no one will hire me. I miss feeling productive.

the tilly & the wall radio setting on pandora.com is delightful
Being without my laptop (my main source of entertainment) and any device to play my iPod off of means a lack of music, so I’ve been depending on pandora.com to give me some tunes. I’m very pleased with the Tilly & the Wall radio station, as well as the Otis Redding and Cat Power. It’s nice to hear some music I’ve never heard before. I’ve been stuck in a bubble for a while.

As a kid, I thought that festival was so cool.
Sidewalk Cinema
This is in my hometown, I’ve always wanted to go to this, but never followed through. Maybe I’ll go this summer and watch PG rated movies in public, like… The Goonies!

I just had a kick ass walk down to the beach, around Alki, and back up to my house.

Took me about an hour, three miles or so, the weather was warm but not too hot, the water was a beautiful clear blue/green, it was really nice. Now I’m off to Value Village! Wooo.
